Why can i only pay by Paypal

Here at TecPrint our proud of our low prices and we want to keep it that way. Simply the cost of Merchants is so high that we would simply have to increase our prices on all our products to cover the extra costs. Paypal Offers the best deal, It offers SECURE payments that is tried and tested and now a house hold name. Paypal has low costs, for this reason we can keep our prices low, Saving you those extra pennies.

Is your website secure

Yes, Our website is 128bit encrypted and We use Paypal to handle our payments, we feel this is a tried and tested service that is quick, secure, and hassle free.

What files types do you accept?

We currently only accept .JPEG, GIF, PNG, PDF Please refer to the 'Photo Tips/Guide' for more detail

Emailing your Image

Ok, i've emailed my images and chosen several different products, how do i know there not going to get mixed up, or mixed up with other orders your getting.
well...
each product has its own email 'subject' attatched. When you click 'email image' your default email program loads up with the 'subject' box pre-filled with that product description.
We match up your email address with the email address you gave us at the checkout to know whos images belong to whom. This system has worked brilliantly so far. If there's any confusion we will contact you to clarify.

Certain products require for you to fill in the blanks in the subject box. i.e size of a garment.

What printing methods do you use?

We use Dye Sublimation to print our mugs mouse mats and full photo gift range, including photo t shirts, and teddy bear t shirts. This process enables us to ‘tattoo’ your image into the surface of our products with no colour restrictions, allowing us to print t shirts that do not fade or crack, and mugs and photo gifts that have a clear photo finish.

Are your mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes, our Standard, Two Tone and Porcelain Mugs are dishwasher safe for domestic use. However, we do recommend dishwashing or using abrisive equipment for our Economy mugs

What DPI should my design be?
We recommend 300 dpi the better your image quality the better the final print.
If you are unsure, please email us your image and we can advise you.

Are the printed images durable?

OH YES!!! EXTREAMLY durable!!!

The Dyetex process ensures the fabric is not coated or printed onto... the colour you see is actually 'in' the fabric at a molecular level.

Its that durable you need to destroy the textile before you lose any colour.

Is the textile you print durable?

EXTREAMLY...Probably as durable as the image

Can I use my photo canvas prints outside?

Yes, the print is lightfast and totally water proof. As long as you tell everyone who see's it, where you got it from we'll let you hang it outside. (You may see a small amount of colour fading after a year or so if its outside 24/7).

Can i post a Photograph

Yes.

We scan your image and use it to create your order.
Photographs will be returned back along with your order.

Please let us know your posting your photograph in the checkout (delivery instructions)

How quickly will you print and dispatch my order?

We print and dispatch within 3 working days of payment clearing for regular orders. Often quicker! Small orders will be dispatched same day - dependable on stock

My orders not arrived, what can i do

Please check that the address and postal code that you have supplied us is correct. If it is not correct please email us and explain what has happened.
If your address is correct please telephone your local postal sorting office and ask if they are holding any uncollected 1st class parcels for your name and address. The postal service should leave a calling card to advise you if they have not be able to deliver a ‘bulky’ item, but we are aware from customer feedback this does not always happen. If they are not holding any parcels please email us.
We request all undelivered orders are reported to us within 7 working days of dispatch.

Can i order in bulk

Yes! We are very competitive with our quotes if you are ordering 10 or more items please email us and ask for a quote!

Can You Take Photos For Us.?

Yes we can, We can arrange a time and setting for the photo to be taken. This only applys to residents in the County of Angus in Scotland. A Fix fee of £20 and then £10 Per hour must be paid at the end of the session. This is to cover our costs incase you decide not to go ahead. This is to be paid in Cash. We do not carry change with us so please have the correct amount.
