Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Due to the nature of personalisation all payments must be completed before any orders are completed.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. If we have printed you order before you contact us we can not be held responsible and nor refund will be given
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, We have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling Any dates provided for delivery are approximate only, and TecPrint is not responsible for the timely receipt of goods once dispatched to the customer. As such, late deliveries will not be refunded, and payment will be pursued due to the personalised nature of our products
Orders not received within 15 working days of dispatch must be reported to TecPrint by email. Failure to notify us within this period may result in TecPrint not accepting any responsibility for items dispatched and not delivered/received.
The cost displayed throughout the site are exclusive of the cost of postage however do include to cost of set up charges within the British Isles with the exception of quoted orders which shall be quoted to illustrate unit and courier costs. This cost shall be quoted to the customer prior to acceptance. Costs for delivery outside the UK shall be calculated. Orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail or for larger parcels a Courier. Goods returned to TecPrint described as undeliverable, will be subject to a redelivery charge |
Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you same day or next business day, for large orders we will send out your order within 7 days
If items are out of stock we will inform you via email or by phone.
Special delivery (next working day) from the date your item is shipped.
You must inform us within 24 hours in the working week if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
